Just One Drop

Just one drop from your tender eye;
Just one compassionate tear that you cry;
Look thou upon me and hear my plea,
Just one drop of your sympathy.

Just one drop, of sweat from your brow;
Just one earnest effort to lift me up now.
Reach down your hand to me from above;
Bless me with strength for my weakness, my love.

Just one drop of blood you have shed;
Just one crimson drop that you bled;
Oh may in mercy it fall upon me-
Just one precious drop to be free.

Just one drop of oil, fragrant and sweet,
Found at the beautiful Savior’s feet;
Please, for my bruised, crushed heart employ;
Send through your Spirit, the oil of JOY!

Just one drop is all I desire;
One drop of Holy Ghost fire;
One drop of Calvary’s Love;
Just one drop is more than enough!
