Amen. I look at Toby all the time and think of the things you mentioned above. What a absolute blessing and joy he is and the mere fact that God even let me be a part of such a miracle and to see a glimpse into the pure innocence and purity of a precious baby just makes me feel SO loved and special! I never TRULY understood it all until I had my own! Word just can’t describe…

Thank you, thank you for this! Today is the day that we contacted a particular adoption agency and have felt very good about it, that God has opened the door to. We are encouraged and hopeful about it, as God has closed doors elsewhere. Our desire is to have the child/ren He trusts and gives to us to raise, teach, love and share His Truths with.

God’s love is so amazing! Your thoughts go right along with last night’s message about compassion. So good of God! He offers such encouragment and hope….even for those who are saved but are praying for loved ones who may not be….He is waiting to receive them with open arms, not questioning, but welcoming! :-) Love ya!

This was a blessing, Sister Liz! It’s such a comfort to know that it’s alright to be shaken at times – that it WILL happen, but that it doesn’t have to affect our relationship with Christ – in fact, it can bring us closer to Him. And God was so good to give us so many examples of people who were shaken but not moved.

It’s so true..and when we spend time with one another, we receive a deeper connection, understanding, love and appreciation for the Body and His plan for how/why “We Need Each Other Brethren”. I absolutely LOVE being with the Saints..especially for an extended lenght of time like the Young People’s Cabin Trip or the work party in Ensenada..because there is no time limit, no rush, no hurry to get home and tend to things that need tending to. We can all just ‘be’ with one another. I LOVE it..and what a HUGE encouragement and blessing it is to spend quality time with one another and grow in love, understanding and appreciation for the life lived, the testimony, the deep sweetness and care in each one to be a help to another. It’s the ABSOLUTE greatest life..and we DO grow when we are together…if we didn’t have that “neediness” to be with each other, we wouldn’t have a body, would miss out on the encouragment it is to our faith to spend time with like minded souls, living a life free from sin, and be a light to the world and each other. It’s a blessing to need to be with the Saints of God!!! There was a time when it was convicting…but how wonderful, after salvation, to be able to be free and rejoice together!!! It is SOOOOO wonderful to feel love, to be loved, to love, to show God’s love…any way you look at it, it’s love in action and practice and it builds like a snowball! It’s just the best thing ever!!!
